DECISION OF THE BOARD: January 11, 2016
1. The employer has requested reconsideration of the Board’s decision dated November 20, 2015.
2. The Board would like to hear from the applicant regarding the issues noted in the request which concern the remedy ordered by the Board (paras 40 and on of the employer’s request for reconsideration). However, before those submissions are filed, it would be useful for the parties to speak with a Labour Relations Officer. For this purpose, this matter is referred to the Manager of Field Services.
3. If the matter is not resolved through mediation with a Labour Relations Officer, the applicant shall file submissions, as set out above, promptly thereafter.
